Here is my nicest photo of these cookies - artfully styled on a kleenex on my desk at work.

I planned to make some muffins or a quick bread from the leftover pumpkin from the pie, but then I found some cookie recipes and that solved that dilemma.
I used this recipe and they were quite nice - cake like and full of spices.
