drain and rinse a can of chickpeas, then add to a pan with some oil, over medium heat. sprinkle in some paproka, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper.... whatever tastes good. fry gently, careful not to burn, until hot and fragrant. add to a wrap with tatziki, cucumber, tomato and feta.
the next morning for breakfast, take some of the leftovers and mash with a bit of mayo and lemon juice, then spread on a fresh toasted everything bagel.
