Somebody stop me

I roasted pumpkin seeds today for the first time in probably 4 years.

They turned out super well and now I can't stop eating them. I wish I had more. Lots more.

I sprinkled them with roasted salt and pepper which I always have in my cupboard. I love the smoky, salty, spiciness of it and it's excellent on pumpkin seeds. Can't wait until next year to make more.
