We had a short but spectacular season for corn this year.
For a spell we were lucky to eat it weekly as well as prep some for freezing - both on the cob and off.
The best way to eat corn is right off the cob, MAYBE a little butter and salt.
The second best way is Lucy Buffet's creamed corn with bacon.
