The simplest dessert in the world, and one of the very best. Here's our version:Espresso Affogato
for one
good quality vanilla ice cream
1 shot espresso
good quality chocolate
Scoop the ice cream into a bowl. Pour over the espresso, and grate some chocolate on top. Serve right away.
