we start off with a no bake biscoff cookie crust
whizz a sleeve of cookies in the food processor until fine. add a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of melted butter and whiz again. press into the bottom of your 8-9 inch pan and chill.
then mix your package of cream cheese, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and a splash of vanilla and beat until creamy and thick. pour over the crust, smooth and chill for at least 3-4 hours.

Managed to snag myself a small piece of pound cake before the kids and the grandpa ate it all
The Boy is taking foods this year and is loving it. So far he and his partner have not always been successful with their creations, but they are having a good time learning and trying.
They made crepes, and so he declared that we needed to make them at home.
He was nervous when it was time to make french omelettes, so we practiced at home.
And then knocked it out of the park in class!
