This was one of those recipes that makes me want to give up cooking or
baking for my family ever, ever again.
I still do not know why they turned their
collective noses up at this wonderful cake but they did.
Not one of them liked it and I ate some and took the rest to work where it was devoured in minutes.
My family is insane.
I have a lovely friend who has the opposite problem with her family - she simply can't keep the baking around for long, they pounce on it and it vanishes.
What a problem to have!
While I will not make this Wholegrain Strawberry Breakfast Cake again, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to YOU - maybe you have better taste than my family.......
