Peanut Dipping Sauce

Serve this with the Chicken Satay.


1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tb tamari
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp hot chile sauce
3 tb lemon juice

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except lemon juice. Add the lemon juice to taste. Add water or additional lemon juice to thin to the desired consistency.
Serve at room temperature.
