Hello Sara
And G'day from Downunder. I was hunting around the web for stuff on how to cook prime rib when I came across this post. It's just amazing what these searches turn up. I'm not sure I'm finding what I need, but I'm having a lot of fun. Have a great day!

I love this time of year! I just put up a post about our trip to the pumpkin patch. The year has gone by so quickly!

Here’s an easy way to cook pumpkin. Cut the pie pumpkin in about 3-5 cm (1-2 inch) slices. Don’t bother removing the skin. Cook pumpkin in a new generation pressure cooker for 4 minutes or so. Remove pumpkin skin and mash the cooked pumpkin. Can then use the cooked pumpkin in pumpkin pie.
