Man it's HOT. And busy! And covid-y again. And almost the end of July. I still haven't wrapped my head around the fact that it's 2022, and we are barrelling towards 2023 like nothing.
I made these turkey patties in the air fryer - my plan was to do that so we didn't have to turn the oven on, but then The Mister was stuck on the fact that the recipe calls these "turkey breakfast patties" and insisted we needed some potatos with them, so the oven went on anyway. Men!
