I realized one Sunday morning that I had not planned a dessert for that nights dinner and then I realized we were out of butter and a few other essential ingredients for some quick desserts (chocolate chip cookies) and as always, the internet saved me with plenty of ideas.
I picked Yum Yum Cake because it has no butter but it does have pineapple.......mmmm.
We almost always have a can of crushed pineapple in the cupboard and it is most likely the only ingredient in this that you may not already have in your kitchen.
It's a simple but delicious recipe. We ate it plain but some whipped cream or ice cream would be fabulous too.
