Serve with pita chips.


1 garlic clove, chopped
1 3/4 cups kalamata olives, pitted
2 oz anchovy fillets
2 tb capers
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp fresh rosemary
3 tb lemon juice
4 tb olive oil

Combine all ingrediants except the oil in a food processor. Slowly drizzle in the oil as you are pulsing the ingrediants.
