We are having company this weekend. Last night I tried to finish planning the menu, but got stuck after the 2nd day. They are here for 4 days. I am reluctant to try too many new things when they are here, in case something doesn't turn out, but I can't think of anything interesting I think they'd like.
If we have pasta for dinner on the 2nd day, can we have it again on the 4th day? Is that too soon? I have so many good pasta recipies.

Ok, we are going to BBQ a pizza. Now my shopping list is bigger than ever. I am just too tired and stressed to think about cooking for the company any more. WHY did we invite people to stay 2 weeks after we moved into our house? Insane if you ask me. While I am cleaning up the boxes and finding places to put the last few things kicking around, I need to be cleaning for the company, planning the menu, shopping and prepping for dinner tomorrow night.
Tomorrow we are having "Mango Tango" Chicken and chocolate pate for dessert. I have not made chocolate pate before, so I am quite excited. 2 hours to go at work...
